1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER

CASBAH PRODUCCIONES S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

What do we process your personal data for?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The processing operations planned are as follows:
1. Sending commercial and advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the DATA CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

2. Conducting market research and statistical analysis.

3. Processing orders and requests, and responding to inquiries or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact methods available on the DATA CONTROLLER’s website.

4. Sending the online newsletter, including updates, offers, and promotions related to our activities.

Why do we process your personal data?

Because the processing is based on Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
With the User’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
Based on the legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: carrying out market research and statistical analysis, etc., and processing orders, requests, and handling inquiries made by the USER.

How long will we retain your personal data?

They will be retained for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or for as long as legal obligations require their retention. Once they are no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymisation of the data or its complete destruction.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

No disclosure of personal data to third parties is foreseen, except, where necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our communication service providers, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has entered into confidentiality agreements and data processing agreements as required by applicable data protection regulations.

What are your rights?

The rights available to the USER are:
1. Right to withdraw consent at any time.
2. Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of their data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing.
3. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.

2. Mandatory or Optional Nature of the Information Provided by the User

Users, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the provider to respond to their request, while the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER are true and agrees to notify any changes to them.

The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the Website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all required data are not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services offered will fully meet the USER’s needs.

3. Security measures

In accordance with the provisions of applicable personal data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all requirements set out in the GDPR and the LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with adequate information so that they can exercise their rights.
