Stand-up paddleboarding
It is a water activity in which you move standing on a board, using a paddle to propel yourself. It is easy to learn, suitable for almost all levels, and perfect both for relaxing and for exercising. You can practice it in the sea, lakes, or rivers, enjoying the surroundings while improving your balance, coordination, and endurance.
Guided paddleboarding tours:
There are several options depending on the weather conditions and the state of the sea: from Palombina Beach, or from the Niembro estuary, where the water is calmer and ideal for cave paddleboarding.
We will give you a short introduction if you have never paddled before. The most important aspects are your balance, foot positioning, and proper paddling technique to avoid injuries. We will also adjust the paddle height to suit you.
After that, we will start the journey, and all you need to do is let us guide you.

Espeleo paddle
(cave route)
Suitable route for all audiences, weather permitting. It consists of a paddleboard journey, exploring different caves, sinkholes, cliffs, and other geological formations that can only be seen from the water. The sea and wind must be completely calm. This is an exclusive activity that requires specific conditions.

The process
We check the conditions
We analyze wind, waves, tides, and the weather forecast to adapt the routes according to weather conditions.
Equipment, demonstration, explanation
We provide all the equipment, adjust the paddles, and demonstrate how to paddle. Shortly after, we explain the route and get ready to start.
We begin the journey
During the tour, calm paddling is combined with stops where we explain aspects of the landscape, wildlife, and coastline, offering an active and educational experience.

Learn the correct technique before heading out to explore. Our guided paddle surf routes include an explanation and demonstration of how to paddle, but if you prefer to build confidence first or it’s your first time, you can join a full paddle surf lesson beforehand. This way, you’ll enjoy the experience with greater safety and comfort.
